At 36 years old, Djokovic is tenaciously pursuing his dream of capturing a record-breaking 23rd Grand Slam. Although it ended prematurely, the eagerly awaited face-off between world No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz and Grand Slam record-seeker Novak Djokovic in the French Open semi-finals did not disappoint. It even got the American tennis legend Andy Roddick to give his views on the Djoker’s tactics.
Focussing on Djokovic’s strategy to outplay the young Spaniard, Andy Roddick tweeted on social media before the match. As it turned out, Djokovic’s defense proved to be pivotal, as he overcame the challenge of the current US Open champion.
