During the high-intensity match, the current Kazakhstani No. 1 player vented his frustrations by repeatedly smashing his racket. A few moments later, however, Bublik changed the entire scene by making a heartfelt gesture toward a fan.

The former world No. 30 player outperformed his Spanish opponent in straight sets, 6-3, 7-6, to win the first-round match of the ATP Tour Masters event 1000 in Rome. Alexander Bublik won the first set without much hassle, but the second set wasn’t as smooth for him.
The current Kazakhstani No. 1 player was trailing, 1-4, in the second set before he made a comeback to clinch the victory. Meanwhile, the Spanish tennis player showcased a stellar display of his prowess as he won two back-to-back games. This infuriated his opponent, Bublik as he was struggling to win points against Martinez.

Later, the Kazakhstani tennis player’s racket suffered the wrath of his annoyance as he repeatedly smashed it on the court. Taking note of his antics, the crowd was quite displeased while Bublik vented his frustrations by eventually breaking his racket. However, he changed the entire scenario by gifting his broken racket to a young fan in the stands.
