Taylor Fritz has proved his worth on the court multiple times. However, the rise is not always smooth, as was proved by the crowd at the French Open. The American tennis star has secured a third-round match at Roland Garros against Francisco Cerundolo. Fritz’s second round win triggered the crowd a bit more than anyone expected.

However, Fritz chose to see the silver lining of the booing that he used in his favor. And his girlfriend Morgan Riddle too also made sure to get the drama on record.

He also channelized their booing into his motivation to play even better, as he confessed later on. Consequently, the celebration turned out to be a cold one. He put his finger on his lips and shushed the crowd as a reply to all the booing.

After the match concluded and Fritz had an on-court interview, the crowd booed at him for five minutes straight.

However, finally, when Fritz got the opportunity to speak, he made sure to touch the sensitive note of the crowd. He stated, “The crowd was just so great I had to let it fire me up. They cheered so well for me, I had to make sure I won.”
