The ongoing ATP Finals has both the fans and even the players in dilemma about who could win and make their way further. The same was the case with Novak Djokovic as well. The Serbian came into the tournament with high hopes but he did not have the campaigns that he possibly wanted. However, Jannik Sinner saved the day for the Serbian as he ensured the Djoker’s qualification into the semis.

Reacting to the whole scenario, the CEO of Lacoste came ahead and showed his allegiance with the Serbian as he hailed ‘future champ’ Sinner. Not only this, he also went ahead to slam Stefanos Tsitsipas for his error in the tournament.

In a dramatic turn of events at the ATP Finals, Jannik Sinner seized victory and made a perfect 100% win record in Turin. Earlier in the tournament, Stefanos Tsitsipas’ unexpected retirement after just three games against Holger Rune shifted the dynamics of the tournament. This exit from Tsitsipas, due to injury, sent shockwaves through the tennis world, especially with the future of the tournament’s top seed, Novak Djokovic.

Talking about the whole thing, the CEO of Lacoste, Guibert Thierry, took to Twitter to talk about the ongoing saga and appreciated the wonderful gameplay by Jannik Sinner to make his way into the semi-finals. In the tweet, he further went ahead to call him a future champ.

“Hats off to @janniksin for his win tonight. Despite the unfair behaviour of Tsitsipas, he showed to everyone why he is a future champ and an authentic guy,” said Thierry in the interview.

Thus, this tweet by the CEO of Lacoste was directed towards Jannik Sinner, who has shown exceptional form so far in the tournament and made his way into the semi-finals. Despite the error from Tsitsipas, Sinner managed to keep his calm and composure and make his way into the semis. Now, for those wondering about the journey and the error from Stefanos Tsitsipas, here’s a quick overview of his journey at the ATP Finals.
