The 42-year-old engaged in an interaction with Jon Wertheim for the October 29 episode of Served with Roddick podcast. They deliberated on a wide range of topics including the recent performances of players like Qinwen Zheng, Jack Draper, and Giovanni Perricard. But the major highlight of the interview turned out to be a playful jibe that the former player took at his own wife and mocked her latest head-first dive.
In a recent video that was shared on Decker’s social media, she was seen making a head-first dive during an event at her son Hank’s school. When quizzed about his reaction to the same, Roddick said, “She’s in the middle of production now, she needs teeth like she’s shooting a show, right now. She needs teeth so, anyways my wife and I are literally in school pickup for our third grader and our first grader and we’re walking in and I don’t know I think we were talking about our son Hank’s baseball game like this 9-year-old baseball, it’s his first year.” He then explained the game and shared that her wife claimed that she could do a head-for-head slide.
“So Brooke was like you know I could head for a head slide I’m like you’ve never done it before. She goes athletically, if “I just think about it I can do it,” I’m like no how do you have more confidence in your athletic ability than I ever had in my entire life?” Roddick added. In the video, Roddick was seen totally amazed by the stunt of his wife as he recorded the video from the front. Remember, the couple started dating in 2007 before getting engaged a year later. They finally tied the knot two years later and were blessed with two kids, their son Hank and daughter Stevie. Since then, they have often engaged in such cheeky gestures that have mesmerized the fans.
