NYC heat takes a toll on Medvedev

Despite his Inhaler problem, Medvedev seemed to have more energy, moving well despite the hot conditions. But Rublev looked tired and not as energetic as he did earlier in the match. The peak competition between the two compatriots was seen in the final set, but alas, it was too late for Rublev to save the match, eventually losing it in straight sets to a heat-struck Medvedev.
