“If I say that there is only one dessert, there is only one! Along with that, Lynette also believes clear rules at the dining table are essential, such as not walking around or using mobile phones during meals. Prioritizing respect as one of the most important lessons for the grandchildren, Federer’s mom added, “That’s the most important thing,” stressing that she not only tells her grandchildren about respect but also shows it through her actions. “For example, by listening to them as carefully as adults.”
By instilling these values, the Swiss tennis maestro’s mother aims to guide her grandchildren to grow up with a strong moral foundation just like Federer, the epitome of elegance did. Being on the softer side, the former tennis pro has his own ways of training his children.

Roger Federer’s chauffeur duties for his children
It has been a while since Roger Federer decided to hang up his racket for good. While everyone was excited to find out what his post-retirement schedule looks like, the former pro mentioned how he now acts as a driver for his children, as he takes them for training every now and then.
“You know, because I pack my schedule up, four kids will do that to you as well. So, I’m their professional driver nowadays and an organizer and a logistics man. Yeah, it’s definitely a test on a completely different level,” he said, giving ideas of his unique way of treating the little ones. As the tennis legend continues to seek comfort in being a soft and loving father, his image that the fans know about justifies what he says.
