During the interview, the interviewer asked Federer, “Do you call for those crazy bicep exercises to take it to Rafa’s level?” Replying to this question, he said, “No, no, no, he can have the biceps. I’ll never be there.”

Further, Federer also went on to talk about how he stays in shape, saying, “I’m trying to go to the gym four times a week. I believe I’m actually doing because I ran to the space like this at home, put some machines in and literally a week after the Laver Cup in London. So I was like, after my career, I finally added them. A little bit weird to have them once retired but I have to now use it so I do that well.”
