Rafael Nadal Dominates Tennis Fans’ Major Christmas Wish as Roger Federer Forced to Take a Backseat

Tennis fans are very excited for the new tournament season of 2024 to begin. Even during the off-season, their enthusiasm has not settled as they continue to debate over who will win the upcoming tournaments and cheer for their favorite players. And now a recent post on X has cheered the fans even more to wish the best for their favorite tennis stars.

A post was made on X where fans could mention what their Christmas wish to Santa and start a conversation around tennis. Surprisingly, a greater number of wishes came around Rafael Nadal and him winning, surpassing the wishes made for Roger Federer.

As soon as the post was made, tennis fans started posting what they wanted for Christmas in tennis. And their responses mostly revolved around Rafael Nadal.

One of the first comments was, “Tickets for RG with Rafa winning it.” The fans wanted to be able to attend the Roland Garros and also hoped that Nadal would win there.

Another fan added a similar wish, “Nadal to win a Slam and the Gold Medal”. The fans are cheering for him to win not only a grand slam with his comeback but also a gold medal at the Olympics.

Not just that, fans also wanted him to have a season without any injuries. They wrote, “An injury-free season for Rafa with a win in Paris”. Fans want him to win the grand slam in Paris and remain away from any major injury so that he doesn’t have to stop playing like last time.

A fan added to the list, “A healthy and competitive Nadal”. They wished well for him so that he can remain in the sport for the longest time and have the blessing of good health.

One of the last comments was, “Nadal wins every single tournament”. His fans are truly excited for him to be back and along with that also hope for him to not just play but win grand slams and tournaments the way he used to before he left.

In comparison to the posts about Nadal, the posts about Federer were very few. Even though a few of them did wish for Federer to make a comeback and win the Grand Slams, most of the wish list was made up of Nadal’s wishes somehow.
