Carlos Alcaraz’s fresh haircut has created a new buzz in the tennis world! Coming fresh off winning his first Grand Slam on clay at the French Open, the 21-year-old has ticked off many wishes from his bucket list. Be it jumping to World No. 2 or carving an Eiffel Tower tattoo on his ankle, the Spaniard is basking in the glory of his recent success. Alcaraz has always been known for his powerful game and, well, his unique sense of style. But his latest haircut has fans wondering if this time it might be a bit…out there.

Carlos Alcaraz’s signature haircut, often likened to a schoolboy’s first day trim, has become as recognizable as his powerful backhand. But the former U.S. Open Champion isn’t afraid to experiment with his style. Recently, he debuted a sleek “half fade” haircut on Instagram, drawing attention across the tennis world. Not one to rest on his laurels, Alcaraz was soon back in training, captured in another video wielding his racquet in preparation for his upcoming tournament.

Plagued by his right arm injury, Carlitos stayed away from the spotlight of tennis for many weeks this year. However, the Indian Wells title winner has now come back in full rhythm with the aim of conquering his dreams once again. Therefore, the tennis world now waits to see his swift transition from clay courts to grass courts. He is now aiming to earn his next title at the Queen’s Club Championships. In the Round of 32, scheduled for tomorrow, Alcaraz will be facing Francisco Cerundolo on the opposite side of the net.

While he graces the tennis court in London, fans are hoping he wins. But when it comes to his haircut, their reactions are quite different. After all, this is not the first time that they have witnessed such unique haircuts of Carlos Alcaraz. Therefore, the dissatisfaction has become even higher this time.

“NEW BARBER”: Carlos Alcaraz’s new haircut has fans questioning his barber choice

When the video of Carlos Alcaraz surfaced on X, one fan wrote, “He doesn’t need to change his game much but he definitely needs a NEW BARBER!” A similar reaction was noticed before the start of the French Open as well! Debuting with a haircut that featured a buzzed cut on the sides, fans were not at all happy with the look. However, he waved away all the criticism by winning his career’s third Grand Slam this season.

According to another X user, “His barber should be defaulted immediately.” However, Carlitos’ barber, who goes by the account of “victorbarbers5” on Instagram, was quite happy with the outcome he produced. He even took to his Instagram and shared a mirror selfie with Carlos Alcaraz sitting on a chair, captioned, “The current Roland-Garros champion 🎾🏆🎾 Thank you very much again for the trust and the visit bro.”

One fan, who finds him “handsome” also shared his thoughts and wrote, “He a legend but broseph needa new barber b no disrespect still handsome.” Interestingly, not all of his looks received criticism from fans. Last year, when the Alcaraz defeated Novak Djokovic and embraced a shorter style haircut after that, fans went gaga over the look. However, this year it produced a contrasting result.

Referring to the cold weather in London, one fan wrote, “He didn’t need this haircut it’s not even 10 degrees here so much for the summer 🤣🤣 #CarlosAlcaraz.” Strangely, this haircut resembles his Wimbledon 2023 haircut, embracing which he won the tournament for the first time in his career. Currently, he is gearing up for the upcoming Wimbledon of this season as well. Therefore, like Roland Garros, if it works as good luck for him this time as well or not, only time will tell.

While one fan wrote, “Can we get our man a new barber please,” another one chimed in to add, “F***as* haircut but he still cute AAAAAH.” The Spaniard opted for a buzz cut to fade before the start of the Monte Carlo as well, launching his clay-court haircut for the season. Although it received a similar reaction from the fans, the tennis world hoped for a better look before the grass-court season started.

Sadly, it seems that fans are once again disappointed by his haircut. However, hopefully his performance in London erases all the criticism that is coming his way!
