“It was the same thing when Pete (Sampras) and Andre (Agassi) left. They thought, well, what do we have here now? (There were) Novak, Rafa, myself, Murray and Stan. That’s what I always thought,” said Federer.

Federer made an additional $90 million from off-court endorsement deals with companies like Uniqlo, Credit Suisse, and Rolex. He is also an investor in On, a Swiss manufacturer of athletic footwear. The other tennis players who are on the Forbes list are Naomi Osaka, Serena Williams, and Rafael Nadal.
