Greek tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas failed to win the singles title at the European Open in Antwerp, but did lift a trophy alongside his brother Petros in the doubles event. Tsitsipas’ girlfriend Paula Badosa looked on in support throughout the week in Belgium.

While Tsitsipas lost in the singles semifinals to American qualifier Jenson Brooksby, he teamed up with Petros Tsitsipas in doubles. They progressed all the way to the final where they faced off against Sander Gille and Joran Vliegen.

In their Instagram post during the week, Badosa shared photos and videos cheering on her boyfriend Tsitsipas. On the final day, she witnessed the Tsitsipas brothers overcome Gille and Vliegen 6-2, 6-3 to lift the doubles title.

As quoted in her Instagram post after the match, Badosa said “Finally! Champions. I’m so happy for you both.” She congratulated the brothers on an “amazing week and level of tennis.” Badosa also thanked the crowd in Antwerp, saying “You guys were incredible all week long.”

It was the second doubles title of the season for Stefanos and Petros, after winning in Mallorca earlier in the year. While Stefanos fell short of defending his singles title, he was all smiles lifting the doubles trophy alongside his brother.
