After not a good start to his season, Novak Djokovic, out of nowhere made a surprise announcement that he will be taking part in the upcoming ATP Geneva Open at the very last minute. Coming into the event with very high expectations, the Serbian faced Yannick Hanfmann in the first round of the tournament. But, midway through the match, there came a moment when the Serbian did not look at his 100%.

Despite winning the first set with a scoreline of 6-3, the Serbian star looked to struggle in the second set. In the second set, he was done 0-3 and seemed to not find his rhythm. This was clearly not liked by his fans. Seeing the Serbian struggle, the fans could not hold their emotions as they took to X (formerly Twitter) to slam the Serbian.

Reacting to this, the tennis fans could not control their anger. Reacting to this, one user suggested that the Serbian is finally finished. “This is it. We’ve finally reached the point where Novak is finished. We reached it earlier than I thought we would,” said the fan who suggested that they had seen him battling out with form earlier than they would have.

Another fan commented on the Serbian’s poor form and suggested that it is said to see Novak Djokovic going down with form. “My goat is washed (finally),” said the fan.

Joining him was another fan who suggested the same thing and said that he was baffled to see him play this way on the tennis court. “I had to step out for a minute but Djokovic’s just totally looks winded right now. Starting to think this wasn’t a great idea after all,” said the fan who even blamed Novak Djokovic for not getting into the event.

Another fan suggested that the time has finally come for the end of the Big 5 in tennis. “The end of Big 5,” said the fan who pointed to the end of a whole tennis generation.

Thus, Novak Djokovic became the center of trolls for his fans after they suggested that he was finished after going 0-3 in the second set. However, he found a perfect way to silence them with a stunning comeback.
