There is a lot of hope that the Spaniard will probably get back on the professional tour next year. Before that, in a recent interview with Hola, she talked about how she takes care of herself in her day-to-day life. She revealed that it’s a meditation that keeps her going while she feels great about herself.

Tsitsipas’ girlfriend said, “It’s better to do 80% of things right and find a way to integrate them into your routine so that you stay true to it, than to try to be perfect for two weeks and fail. Small gestures that you can perform wherever you are make up that routine. For example, meditating every day, a habit she has resumed a few months ago: “It’s not crazy: I do guided meditation every morning for 15-20 minutes.”

Subsequently, not only is meditation a huge part of her life, but it is something that has become a habit and is a part of her daily routine. Along with that, she also highlighted how having some kinds of small gestures in your hectic routine can make a person feel better in a much different manner than anticipated.

However, do you know that she is not the only one who believes in meditation? Her boyfriend, the 25-year-old Greek tennis player, is also someone who has followed the same mantra to find success on the tennis court. Even though he is quite into it, it was Novak Djokovic who has been persistent about meditating and the importance of his life.

Novak Djokovic’s mindful weapon: meditation

Back in 2020, the Serbian tennis player explained how he has been using a mindful approach to gain control over his mind. He stated, “I practice a lot of mindfulness. Meditation, journaling, talking with my team, my parents my wife. Trying to address certain emotional issues or traumas with my life coaches, spiritual guides.”

Along with that, Djokovic also highlighted that whenever he is facing a match point or break, something tends to surface more, but with the help of consistent meditation, he has learned to handle these kinds of situations. In addition, he also emphasized how it takes years of devoted practice to encourage, empower, and understand yourself using meditation and other mindful tools.
