Since winning last year’s French Open, the 36-year-old Serbian tennis player played his first clay court tournament and reached the third round of the Monte Carlo Masters 2023. Looking into his outfit for the event, a popular tennis fan on Twitter highlighted how the clothing brand, Lacoste, which actually works on his outfits for every season, somewhere down the line, recycled the same red outfit from the last clay season.
I swear Lacoste is recycling the same red outfit for Djokovic every clay season 😭😂 pic.twitter.com/0sy0QxqOD9

Looking into the red outfit, tennis fans flooded the comment section with their angry reactions regarding how the world number one, or even though the clothing brand didn’t put much effort into choosing the best outfit. A fan joke about how the 24-time Grand Slam champion might not have even watched that one shirt that he was wearing last year.
I don’t think he has ever washed that one shirt.

On the other hand, another one highlighted whether the Serbian tennis players specifically asked the clothing brand to create a red outfit because of some ritual or belief related to his victory.
How are they not bored man. Or is he specifically asking them for it because its a ritual or something?

Moreover, a fan came into defense and questioned how the golfing legend, Tiger Woods, has also won the same shirt and every Masters event nearly for the past 30 years.
Has Tiger Woods not worn the same shirt at the Masters for the past 30 years?

In addition, a fan lashed out at Lacoste over the creative idea, but he then himself explained that it might be part of a good luck charm for the player.
Unless this kit is a totem or good luck charm etc. Lacoste should be more creative

However, there are other things that the 24-time Grand Slam champion is currently focusing on rather than his outfit for the season. Recently, he opened up about his confidence in being ready to face Musetti, brushing off the 2023 loss.
