People are used to Djokovic’s serious stance on the court, and his focused gaze. However, Novak Djokovic knows how to play with the emotions of his fans. And that is exactly what he did during an exhibition match against Nick Kyrgios.

Tennis players know how to have fun while they are on the court too. And one major way is to improvise their serves. So, when Djokovic delivered a beautiful underarm serve, and won the point, his victory dance made his fans go berserk.

Every player has some signature of celebrating his/her point. But what people saw at the exhibition match at the Australian Open dumbfounded his fans. After delivering an underarm serve, Djokovic gave the performance of his life with some tippy tap toe-dance with a grand finish to it.

And fans did not hold back in rejoicing along with their beloved player. On Instagram, Australian Open shared the celebratory dance of Novak Djokovic, and here’s what fans had to say…

One fan commented, “should celebrate like that regularly.” The others noticed his easygoing behavior, as if he did not have any pressure to perform.

Another fan stated, “Insane And Novak was at ease, enjoying every minute. If this was a real match he would have sent Kyrgios home. And I am not a fan of either. But Novak is a legend and that’s the truth. Full respect to his career.”

One fan commented on his dance and said, “Awk Dad dance…”, and another fan commented, “Joker dance.” Fans agreed that it was a bit cringe, however, still liked it. One stated, “a bit cringey but well ok he’s just having fun (novak).”

One even had a pun hidden in their comment. They stated, “his is Gold (gold coast aussies will get this humor Lol)Great athletes should celebrate whenever they can AND…WE..the adoring public of their skills should tell them.” Yet another tennis enthusiast appreciated he loosened up for his fans during exhibition matches.
