As he stood as the winner, Nick Kyrgios walked out to get his initial thoughts about the match. The two have a friendly bond off-court, and their bromance is quite well-known. Yet, some fans are unhappy. 

While it is usually a comedic instance, fans found themselves annoyed by the two players. As they joked around, fans felt incredulous for reasons they would go on to share on social media.

However, some viewers found some issues with the bromance. Viewers had many reasons to dislike their interactions, ranging from feeling forced to taking too long, given the time crunch at the Australian Open.

One fan found themselves annoyed as they said that the bromance between Kyrgios and Djokovic felt fake and forced.

Since the Australian Open has a time crunch, one fan said that their interaction has delayed the late-night session even more.

One fan believed that even the crowd was annoyed by the bromance of the two.

An individual, vexed by their interaction, said that the two were ‘massive flogs’.

Going slightly separate from the theme, one fan said that the dialogue between the two players felt rather awkward.

The bromance between the two players did not take place only after the match. During his match, Djokovic was making Kyrgios laugh in the booth with his gestures.

During the quarter-final match between him and Taylor Fritz, the Serb made a sly gesture towards the commentators’ box, pointing at Kyrgios. Djokovic took a break to have fun with Kyrgios, who was sharing his insights to cover for the match. The 24-time Grand Slam champion stepped in front of the booths, sticking out his tongue at Kyrgios.

Djokovic refused to comment about the Aussie player and walked off to his bench. He made another gesture when he sat down and then brought his focus back to the match. The bromance of the two players continued, but fans did not enjoy it this time.
