Recently a trusted tennis source posted the list of the upcoming Australian Open schedule of men’s singles matches on their official X (formerly Twitter) profile. This source further shared a separate tweet pointing out Alex De Minaur’s competitive opponents from the tournament’s first round.

He wrote- “Crazy path for [10] and Australian #1 De Minaur: R1– Raonic R2– Arnaldi R3 – Jarry R16 – Korda/Rublev QF – Sinner/Tiafoe/Khachanov SF – Djokovic/Tsitsipas F – Alcaraz/Medvedev/Zverev/Rune.”

This tweet showed that Alex De Minaur will face off against Canada’s Milos Raonic in the debut round. After that, if he qualifies in the first round, he will compete against Matteo Arnaldi.

In fact, Minaur will also play against either Andrey Rublev or Korda to reach the quarterfinals against Jannik Sinner, Tiafoe, or Khachanov. Following his opponents’ track records, fans think this Australian Open will be truly hectic and tough for the Aussie tennis star.
