Nick Kyrgios‘ comeback after a year-long hiatus ended with a first-round Australian Open loss to Jacob Fearnley. Despite using a protective ranking, he battled through wrist, knee, and abdominal injuries, showing resilience by completing the match in straight sets. Heartbroken but determined, Kyrgios is eager to get back on his feet! Not to mention he’s “blessed” to have the support from his girlfriend, Costeen Hatzi. Although he’s been taking a break from singles in February, he plans to return at the Indian Wells Open in March. Preparations are in tow, but so is this lover boy’s affection for his girlfriend.

If you didn’t know, Kyrgios has been dating the social media influencer since December 2021. They reportedly met when Kyrgios purchased a mirror from Hatzi’s interior design business, Casa Amor Interiors, and it was described as “love at first sight.” And the Aussie isn’t one to hide his love for her!

On Friday, he posted an IG story of his practice sessions in Los Angeles writing, “doing the best with what I got left.” Showing just how grueling it is, but wait, he also reshared a post from Costeen’s IG!

The influencer’s post was a simple yet captivating update captioned, “Morning from la 💌,” featuring a series of photos showcasing her in casual yet chic attire. The post left her boyfriend, Nick Kyrgios, speechless, prompting him to comment with a humorous GIF of himself looking shocked, reminiscent of a dramatic moment from a tennis match. Meanwhile, fans couldn’t get enough of her, as the post racked up comments and over 2,000 likes since it was posted.

But the feeling is mutual for these two lovebirds! She supports him at tournaments like the Australian Open, cheering him on just as he does for her. Recently, Kyrgios met his idol, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, at an LA Lakers game. Being a huge basketball fan, this moment was huge for the tennis player and Hatzi was thrilled, responding with “so cool❤️❤️” to the post. She’s always there for him, whether it’s tennis or his other passions.

Seems like in the whirlwind world of tennis, Kyrgios found his anchor in Costeen, a love story that started with a simple Instagram ad. Often called tennis’s “bad boy,” Kyrgios has credited Hatzi for grounding him, even sharing his motivation to play the 2023 Roland Garros by saying, “My girlfriend wants to know Paris.” Now, the Aussie star is turning into a romantic icon himself, showing fans that he knows how to serve both on and off the court.
