Recently, Martín Jaite, in an interview with Clay Tennis, opened up about his thoughts on Nadal’s comeback and highlighted the one thing that’s stopping his comeback on the tennis court.

He stated, “Nadal has nine lives. He’s been injured many times and he’s come back. Everything will depend on what the body tells him because he wants to. But if the body does not respond it will be impossible.” Further, he clearly stated that everything at this moment depends on his body, more than his willpower, and if the body does not respond accordingly, then making a comeback can be impossible.

Not only that, but he also highlighted how the former world number-one ranked tennis player has always managed to get out of difficult situations on the court without being hurt or harmed. However, after not having good luck at the Australian Open, Nadal is working to bring his usual form back at the right time, which is before the French Open.
