Spanish tennis star, Rafael Nadal, is having a great year. The 36-year-old has won two of the three Grand Slam titles so far and is looking strong in the last one as well. The Spaniard made it to the fourth round of the US Open after a stunning straight-set victory over Richard Gasquet of France. While Nadal is fighting it out for his third Slam title of the year, a few days ago, there was the news of his pregnant wife, Mery Perello, not being well. Leaked footage from a hospital in Mallorca revealed her admission to the hospital.
While the breach of privacy made Nadal furious, he later came up with an update on his wife’s health.

Nadal has continued his good form this year. After missing out on the Wimbledon semifinal due to an abdominal muscle tear, the 36-year-old looks determined to capture the last Grand Slam of the year. He was through to an easy straight-set victory in the third round to set up a clash with Frances Tiafoe of the US. He also comes in with confidence after beating Diego Schwartzman in straight sets.
Interestingly, the two of them have faced each other twice and Nadal has not lost even a single set so far against the American. While Nadal has 22 Grand Slam titles to his name, Tiafoe is yet to go past the quarterfinals in the Grand Slam tournaments.
