Novak Djokovic is aging like fine wine! He recently celebrated his 1100th win on his 37th birthday in Geneva. Just after his emphatic victory over Germany’s Yannick Hanfmann in the R16 of the Geneva Open, fans inside the stadium joined hands to sing happy birthday to the world’s number one tennis star. He received a lot of warm wishes from his fans, teammates, players, and family members throughout the day. But it was his wife, Jelena Djokovic’s birthday wish to her husband which took a special place in the hearts of all the Nole fans.

She posted a romantic video featuring both of them in a heartwarming moment. Jelena expressed her love for the father of their two children and wished Djokovic a very happy birthday. “Happy birthday amore… Happy birthday to the silly, goofy, tireless daddy with a heart as big as the universe:heart: it’s not that you’re ours but you really are the best. WE LOVE YOU,” she wrote in the caption of the Instagram reel. Novak Djokovic and Jelena have been together for almost two decades now. They had first met each other in their high school days.

She is often found posting adorable pictures with her husband from time to time. Last year, Novak Djokovic penned down a heartfelt note on his Instagram account while showcasing his gratitude towards his wife for her endless support.

He wrote, “What an amazing season this has been. Forever grateful to my wife for being the best mother I could ask for to kids, while I was making history of the sport. Her support and love that I have been feeling from my family made this historic season possible.” Djokovic had a stellar season last year, but this year he hasn’t yet won a title. However, with the support of all his well-wishers he’s hopeful that he’ll overcome this hurdle too in the upcoming tournaments.
