Novak Djokovic and Nick Kyrgios have often enthralled the audience with their intense clashes on the court. However, their ferocious rivalry has never come in the way of their blossoming friendship, with Djokovic calling it a ‘bromance.’ Now that the Australian tennis player is away from the court due to an injury, Djokovic expressed concern about Kyrgios’ performance.
Notably, the 22-time Grand Slam singles champion enticed the tennis bad boy with a coaching offer. Kyrgios, who is one of the few players without a coach, later reacted to his tempting offer on his social media.

Novak Djokovic, with his customary prowess on the court, has reached the quarter-finals of the Banja Luka Open by outclassing the French tennis player, Luca Van Assche. After his remarkable victory in the ATP 250 event, the 22-time Grand Slam singles champion was asked about the prospect of coaching his best pal, Nick Kyrgios.
The Serbian tennis legend answered by saying that he would love to coach the bad boy of tennis. Djokovic asserted that his training and guidance would help the controversial tennis star reach unprecedented heights on the men’s circuit. The 35-year-old ATP player also stated that his coaching sessions would have assisted Kyrgios to clinch at least 5 Grand Slam titles.

However, the reigning Australian Open champion jokingly said he would charge a hefty amount for his coaching services to his tennis pal. His remarks were met with a quick response from the Australian tennis player who took to his Instagram stories to express his opinion on the situation. In contrast to seeking tennis guidance from the ‘Djoker,’ Kyrgios hilariously asserted that he would like to enjoy a good dinner and a few drinks with him. He said, “Hahahah……instead let’s go have a nice dinner and some drinks”.
The tennis pair has always shared a brotherly bond despite their intense clashes on the men’s circuit. Even when the Serb was getting criticized over his vaccination status, it was Kyrgios who still backed him. Moreover, the duo is also philanthropic as they previously participated in a charity match in Melbourne.
