Now, almost a year later, his brother opened up about how the world number one tennis player left his family behind to be his friend.

He said, “One person, perhaps no one, can be next to the one who is being treated for such diseases. And Nole, I think he was traveling to Spain and he landed in Bergamo on that way to Spain, he left his family, his wife and children waiting on the plane while he went to Sinisha in the hospital.
