Jannik Sinner’s 2024 season was nothing short of dramatic. From snagging trophies to getting swept up in controversy, it was a rollercoaster ride. He started the year by clinching the Australian Open and then carried the moment right through, up until the ATP Finals and the Davis Cup. But it was not just his on-court skill that caught people’s eye, Rachel Stuhlmann, a tennis influencer, spotted something stylish on Sinner.
During her appearance on the podcast Tennis Channel Inside-In with Brad Gilbert, Rachel was all praise for Jannik Sinner’s iconic Gucci x Head duffle bag. “Definitely, definitely the Gucci and the Jannik Sinner Head bag,” Rachel said enthusiastically. “I think it was really, really cool. And definitely a shout out to Dennis and his team at Head to make that happen because I know it took a long time to bring that to life. But how cool is that we got an equipment tennis brand and a designer brand coming together making a bag. I think it’s just incredible.”
The Italian player first debuted his Gucci bag at the Wimbledon. The custom duffle bag became an instant hit as it broke the traditional white rule of Wimbledon. It also has the ‘JS’ initials on it to give it a personal touch. It was the first time someone brought a luxury bag on the court. It needed special approval from the ATP, ITF, and Wimbledon for the bag to be taken to the Centre Court. It was also voted the “Best Walk-Out” moment by all the top 10 players.

In May 2024, Sinner was featured in Gucci’s campaign with their 80’s advertising slogan ‘Gucci is a Feeling’. The campaign, shot by Riccardo Raspa, celebrates the connection between tennis and Gucci’s heritage, with Sinner at the center of it all. He also recently shot for a ‘To the Mountains’ Gucci campaign that was ice-cold.! Literally!
Along with Gucci, the 2024 U.S. Open champion has made a $158 million endorsement deal with American athleisure and footwear brand Nike as well. Sinner also has a partnership with high-end Swiss watch brand Rolex. He has coffee brand Lavazza, the skin-care brand La Roche Posay, and De Cecco pasta.
