Ever since Jannik Sinner won the first grand slam of his life, the youngster has appeared in back-to-back interviews. This is certainly very exciting for fans as now they get to listen to his professional and personal life more and more. One of the aspects he shared about his personal life is how he is not a fan of social media. But he does like watching TV shows, no matter how troublesome the practice may be.

Along with that during the same conversation, he also talked about loving to read. As for television, one of the series he loves right now is Animal Kingdom but due to some hindrance, he cannot watch it in Italy. Let’s check out his cheeky take on that.

While talking about the usage of social media and Jannik Sinner’s opinion on it, he also mentioned how he likes to stay away and indulge in TV series. The 2024 AO champ also added that he loves to watch Animal Kingdom which he was actually watching while in Australia. But the story is different in Italy.

Sinner stated, “As for TV series, in Australia, I was watching Animal Kingdom, only here in Italy you can’t see it. You have to put on the VPN. I don’t actually have one eh!”

When asked about VPNs being illegal, he said nothing and denied he doesn’t have one in the first place. Besides that, Sinner also talked about how he doesn’t spend much time on social media and how it is not good for young people.

Sinner advises the youth to stay away from social media and share what he does instead

In the same interview, Jannik Sinner talked about how everyone on social media portrays their life differently even when in real life their status may be something else. He added, “I tell the young people to be careful. Because maybe you’re sick today but on social media, you post pictures where everything is fine.”

Sinner also added that personally he lives better without social media and he will continue to do so. Instead, he likes to read a lot and he always carries a book with him. He also added that social media does not show the real truth and does not show how certain things are. Pros and cons to everything, it seems!
