After becoming the new World no.1, Daniil Medvedev will try to celebrate this achievement with a win over Nadal. However, Nadal may spoil Medvedev’s party, as he is looking for his 4th Mexican Open title.
Incidentally, Medvedev has never won this trophy before, and hence, he would like to change that stat. But in order to do so, he must see past the 21-time Grand Slam champion.
