Indian Wells 2024: Rafael Nadal Sends Fans Into a ‘Screaming’ Frenzy by Merely Hitting Tennis Balls

Watching Rafael Nadal play is like a relief to tennis fans’ eyes! The 22-time Grand Slam champion is all set to make a comeback at Indian Wells after suffering a bit of a setback at the Brisbane International. Recently, the former world number one displayed his tennis skills to his fans and highlighted how he is getting ready for the tournament in full swing.

Rafael Nadal recently shared a video of a practice session in California on social media, and fans went crazy, seeing him in action. As Nadal rushed across the court, fans couldn’t contain their excitement, flooding the comments area with emotions of astonishment and eagerness.

The 37-year-old Spanish tennis player has reached the USA to participate in the Indian Wells tournament, an ATP 1000 event. Recently, Nadal shared a video of himself practicing on the tennis court, showcasing how he was getting better at his skills with time.

After looking into the amazing video of the Spaniard back on the court, tennis fans shared their excitement in the form of comments. A fan clearly expressed how he cannot wait to see Rafa on the court, “Yesssss… he’s here! Can’t wait to see you!!!.” 

On the other hand, another fan was not able to believe it, as she dropped an expressive comment and wrote, “screaming.” Subsequently, a fan also shared his take as a Nadal fan, and stated, “The best one everrrrrrrrrrrr.”  Moreover, a fan highlighted how it was just a “beautiful thing,” to witness him back in action.

Following that, a fan also gave him a name and addressed him as “Grande Rafitaa!!” While the whole tennis world is excited to watch Nadal make a comeback, this is not the only social media post that has grabbed the attention of his fans in the past few days. Just a day ago, his flight selfie with Novak Djokovic also made headlines.

Both tennis players have seen plenty of each other during the past 20 years, but then also tennis fans are eagerly waiting to watch them on the court once again. While both players were preparing for the first ATP Masters 1000 event, they were on the same flight, flying for the event.

Recently, Nadal posted a picture from their meet-up on the same commercial flight to the United States. Along with the iconic picture, he wrote, “Great company on the way to USA.” On the other hand, the Indian Wells tournament is in itself quite special for both of them and while Nadal’s long-awaited comeback is in question, Djokovic will be seen playing in the tournament since 2019.
