The tennis legend is ready to play the 2023 Australian Open final. Recently, an American journalist, Chip Le Grand recalled his favorite Australian Open anecdote in which he talked about how the former world number one got tipsy over beer and acted quite differently.

He recalled the 21-time Grand Slam champion‘s words after drinking the whole beer from the Australian Open Trophy itself. Normally, the tennis legend does not drink much beer, but that day, after spending exhausting 6 hours on the tennis court, he drank beer to clear his anti-doping test. Djokovic is not much of an alcohol buddy

Last year, when the tennis player won the Wimbledon Championship, he attended an interview with a tennis channel where the 59-time Grand Slam champion Martina Navratilova asked him about his favorite drink. To which the 21-time Grand Slam champion replied, “I don’t drink alcohol. I mean, I haven’t had a beer in years.”
