Kyrgios reacts to Irina-Camelia Begu’s racket throwing incident
Nick Kyrgios reacted to the incident which was similar to what he had done in the Indian Wells earlier this year. The Australian threw his racket on the court in anger, after losing in the quarter final match against Rafael Nadal. The racked had almost hit the ball bay who somehow escaped. Notably, the 27 years old was fined $25000 and had to face heavy backlash for his irresponsible behavior.

n a similar incident at French Open 2022, Romanian tennis star Irina-Camelia Begu was at a crucial stage of her third set. When she threw her racket out of frustration. The racket bounced and almost hit a child seated in the crowd.
When the Aussie saw the video of Begu on social media, he was quick to react to the issue. Sarcastically, he replied, “So 25k fine? suspension?.” Although the organizers were quick to act on the incident. And they slapped the Romanian with a fine of $10000 for her actions.
