After his sensational Wimbledon victory over veteran Novak Djokovic, Carlos Alcaraz has become a red-hot topic in tennis town. Not only did the young Spaniard defeat Djokovic, but he also put a break to the winning streak of the Serbian on the grass court. And because of his dominant display, Alcaraz has been receiving praise from everywhere in the sporting world.
Along with the many tennis stars who applauded him for his stunning achievement, the World No. 1 also received special praise from the American tennis legend, Andre Agassi. This happened just a day after seeing his own daughter come out of her private life to celebrate the new King of Wimbledon.

Andre Agassi applauds Carlos Alcaraz’s Wimbledon stint
While the 20-year-old created history by taking down the 23-time Grand Slam champion, seeing his spellbinding performance, a lot of tennis players and tennis fans have come forward to congratulate the 20-year-old. The 1992 Wimbledon champion, Andre Agassi, recently took to his Instagram account to share his words of encouragement for Alcaraz.
He wrote, “Getting across the finish line at one of the four pillars of our sport demands something unique unto itself. Something Novak knows over and over at each. Congratulations Carlos on the second of 4. You are a pleasure to watch.”

Along with that, he shared a picture of the winner’s board that has the name of the 2023 Wimbledon champion listed. Well, the American tennis legend was only the second member of the Agassi family to congratulate Alcaraz.
Notably, just a day ago, the 8-time Grand Slam Champion’s 19-year-old daughter shared a special tribute for the Spaniard.

Agassi’s daughter’s special tribute to Carlos Alcaraz
Jaz Elle Agassi is the youngest child of tennis stars Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi. She has detoured from tennis and fashioned her own life, much like her parents did. However, the 19-year-old is sometimes involved in her parents’ professional sports.
Even though she has kept a quiet profile on social media, she acknowledged Alcaraz’s extraordinary accomplishment on her Instagram stories after his spectacular Wimbledon victory. In addition, she shared a post on the official account declaring Alcaraz as the 2023 Wimbledon winner.
