“He Can Pretty Much Destroy Anything” – Andy Roddick’s Wife Brooklyn Decker Reveals Best Part About Being Married to Him

Andy Roddick was one of the greatest tennis players of all time, known for his skill and fame. Several of his matches against Roger Federer are still considered among the best in tennis history. 

However, he bid adieu to the game of tennis in 2012. Roddick has been married to an American model and actress, Brooklyn Decker, for the past 13 years. The Couple is blessed with two kids, Hank and Stevie Roddick. In one of the shows, his wife Decker once revealed the best part about being married to him.

In 2018, Decker was a part of an American television show called the ‘Steve TV Show’. The show’s host, Steve Harvey, was firing in some uncensored rapid-fire questions at her regarding her favorite movies, her favorite place and so on. 

So during one such instance, the host asked the 35-year-old about the best part of marrying Andy Roddick. To which Decker answered in a subtle humorous manner by saying, “Knowing that he can pretty much destroy anything with a tennis racquet is pretty great. Like he’s killed snakes, he’s killed wasps. I know that if we had an intruder, we don’t need a baseball bat because he has a tennis racket. Like a lot of power in that.”

Talking about their kids, they are currently interested in sports like soccer and basketball, just like their dad did when he was a kid.

The couple were once part of an advertisement campaign

Back in 2018, one of the most celebrated tennis couples, Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker, was part of a lighthearted 2018 Ad campaign from Tiff’s Treats, a cookie company.

The Advertisement was basically a 30-odd-second clip which featured both Roddick and Decker as husband and wife.

Tiff’s Treats was founded in 1999 by a pair of UT alums with the idea of starting a cookie delivery service. The startup, which started out small, is now a multimillion-dollar business with 70 locations in five different states.
