The 46 singles titles winner answered questions from various colleagues as a part of ATP‘s ‘The Tour: Player Questions.’ In the video uploaded to the official ATP website, Jack Draper, Murray’s Davis Cup teammate, poked him to reveal how he gets a haircut. The World No.41 answered, “Usually it?s my wife that cuts my hair. I hate going to the hairdressers, get no enjoyment out of it at all and I find it a massive hassle.”
Murray recalled, “But my wife is often nagging me to go to the hairdressers and I just tell her if she wants me to get it cut, then she can cut it. And it took like an hour and 15 minutes and I was like, ‘This should be max 20 minutes for me, I?m not doing that again.’ So then she just started doing it with the clippers and the scissors.”
Reviewing his wife’s skills, the Brit said he would notice 4-5 strands longer than the others a few days after his haircut. He also explained that though Kim is not a trained hairdresser, she does a decent job. The two-time Wimbledon Championships winner also revealed his post-match routine involving Shakira.

When Denis Shapovalov asked Murray what his comfort song is when he loses a match, Murray answered that, win or lose, there is one song that he can always count on. It is ‘Try Everything’ from the Zootopia album released in 2016. Coincidentally, 2016 is also the year Murray has won the most titles in his career.
Murray won 9 singles titles, including 3 ATP Masters 1000 titles, one Grand Slam, and one Olympic medal. The British champion also named Gerry Cinnamon’s Canter from the album The Bonny released in 2020 as his go-to song.
