Besides being at the top of the game and having tremendous tennis skills, one thing that Novak Djokovic also has is world-class mental strength. This is what inspired the owner of AC Milan Gerry Cardinale to offer him a job previously for being a mental coach for his club. He wanted to bring Novak Djokovic on board as the mental coach for Rossoneri around 3 months ago.

Djokovic is a fervent Milan supporter so this makes perfect sense for him, to help the people of the club face challenges and get motivational support with his help. Even though this consideration was very serious, there was no discussion between the two about getting a proper offer for the role.

If the offer were to ever come true, the mental resilience and the mentality to win that the Serbian has would be a huge help for the AC Milan support staff. Well, Djokovic’s mental strength has not only impressed Gerry Cardinale but continues to be his biggest win that gets him through the matches as he previously admitted.
