World No.1 Novak Djokovic recently registered his third victory at the US Open 2021. Facing Japanese star, Kei Nishikori, in the third round of the Grand Slam, the Serbian won the match in four sets. The final scoreline of the match was 6(4)-7(7), 6-3, 6-3, 6-2.

Interestingly, Novak Djokovic’s wife, Jelena Djokovic, wore a really special T-shirt when she came to support Nole during his match against Nishikori. On it, there was a caption- ‘I run with the wolf’.

A reporter also asked a question to Djokovic regarding this and he answered it during the post-match interview. However, Jelena didn’t understand it that time and later tweeted the video with the message.

“Awwww I didn’t hear him say this while on court at US Open. Thanks for the hearing impaired screen it helped me understand what was going on Novak Djokovic. I gotta run when you don’t really walk much hahhaahah. Love,” tweeted Jelena.

Djokovic has always been inspired by wolves and has a kid of wolf energy in his game. As a result, his fans often call him the wolf and his wife sarcastically commented that she is ready to run with him since he can’t really walk.

Novak Djokovic reacts on Jelena’s special message on Twitter

Reacting to the message, Djokovic posted quite a few hearts in return. He clearly seemed really happy with Jelena’s comments and reacted in a very cheerful manner on twitter.

Djoker has always got the support of his wife. She always comes to support him whenever she gets some free time and is a source of inspiration for the 20-time Grand Slam winner.
