Gael Monfils broke the fastest forehand record of Nick Kyrgios. The French player hit an unbelievable forehand at 124 mph at the Indian Wells Masters against Carlos Alcaraz. Despite his loss against the Spaniard in his Round-of-16 clash, his humongous forehand certainly left the spectators in awe.

We are quite aware of Gael Monfils’ prowess on the forehand wing. He stays in shape and possesses incredible court coverage. Though he lost the match against Alcaraz at the Indian Wells, he made sure to not go empty-handed. He now shares an all-time record of hitting the fastest forehand at the ATP tour alongside Andy Murray.

The world knows Nick Kyrgios for his distinctive swing style. The Australian player dazzled the spectators when he hit 119 mph forehand in Acapulco against Wawrinka. However, he could not stay at the top. Now Monfils and Murray have replaced his record.
