We’re in February and love is in the air! Just a couple of days ago, the American star Frances Tiafoe celebrated Valentine’s Day by surprising his long-time girlfriend, Ayan Broomfield with some adorable gifts. What was there in the gift box? Well, Tiafoe shared a video clip on his IG story and in that video, we saw a balloon that read, ‘I love you,’ a huge bouquet of red roses and a cute white teddy. These two have been dating each other since 2015 and guess what? They never miss a chance to celebrate the special days in their lives. After Tiafoe’s adorable gesture on Valentine’s Day, now Broomfield has showered love on the American pro in an Instagram post.

Last year during the same time, Frances Tiafoe and Ayan Broomfield shared a picture of themselves on a rooftop. Tiafoe donned a casual outfit, while Broomfield looked quite stunning in an all-white outfit. Tiafoe shared that picture on his IG account with the caption, “Happy V day to my road dawg. Thru thick and thin we always stay locked in. Love you bb @ayan.broomfield im thankful and grateful for you always. #blacklove.” Ayan Broomfield replied to him in the comment box saying, “Love you cupcake xo.” 

What was her reaction after seeing a similar post from his long-time partner on Valentine’s Day this time around? Well, pretty much the same. Tiafoe highlighted their Valentine’s Day celebration on Instagram, captioning the post, “Happy v day to my day one. I love you baby and I’m sooo thankful for you everyday damn day. My rock my everything @ayan.broomfield ❤️❤️.” And Broomfied reciprocated. “Love loving you,” she wrote in the comment box again.

Not only Frances Tiafoe, but several other American stars shared messages for their loved ones on this special day. Coco Gauff shared an adorable moment with her partner where they were spotted making a cute ‘V‘ sign with their fingers. Gauff captioned it with, “Happy vday<3.” Later, she shared another story of a dinner date with her mother Candi Gauff at the Dubai Mall.

Other than Frances Tiafoe and Coco Gauff, even Sebastian Korda shared a memorable moment from his fishing trip with his longtime girlfriend, Ivana Nedved. However, Tommy Paul looked a bit sad, as he couldn’t spend Valentine’s Day with his girlfriend, Paige Lorenze. He shared an IG story with the caption, “Missing my valentine ❤️❤️❤️.”

Well, the simple answer to this is constant support, along with mutual love and respect for each other. They have been together for almost ten years now. Their relationship started when Tiafoe wasn’t yet a renowned face in the tennis world. Broomfield also used to play tennis at that time. While recalling the moments of their first meeting during an interview with Essence last year, Broomfield said, “We both played junior tennis at a very high level. I’m from Canada, so I was playing for my country, Frances was playing for the States. And then one of our mutual friends was like, ‘Well, you guys actually would be really good friends.‘ So we started talking then and became best friends for a bit. It’s been eight, nine years now. It’s been a journey.“

And I think for me, I’m more of a balance of happy and kind of just serious. I think we balance each other out a lot. Not only that, when Tiafoe made it to the Top 10 in the world rankings in the 2023 season, it was Ayan Broomfield who was among the first ones to congratulate the American star. She wrote, “I am so proud of you.” In reply to that, Tifoe shared a heartfelt note to his long-time partner. It read, “You’ve rocked with me thru it all. The good the bad and the standstills. It’s been a ride no one can put into words. You mean more to me than you can ever imagine. I love you with all I got.”
