What’s your reaction to that? Like what do you think about that?” He was asked if he’d split the bill 50-50 or will he pay the bill fully or let the girl pay. His reply to this question was, “Obviously I’ve been dating someone for 10 years so, but even so I mean I pick up the bill.“

Tiafoe further went on to add, “I think that’s the men’s job is to pick up the bill every time. Obviously, I think it’s full stuff.” Why does he think men should be the ones who should raise their hand first when it comes to paying the bill? Well, Frances Tiafoe elaborated, “I don’t like the awkwardness though. It’s like someone pulling out their card…when I see that in movies I’m like…I mean I’ve been with someone for 10 years I don’t have that experience but I’m saying like when I see that in movies, I’m like that’s so weird to me…I’m not going to put anyone on the spot.“
