After winning the Australian Open this year, Rafael Nadal became the only male tennis player on the planet to win 21 Grand Slam titles. Thus, he surpassed Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic, as they are still at 20. It’s no doubt that Rafael Nadal has conquered everything on the tennis court. However, he has also achieved great success in the business field.
The Spaniard owns many business ventures and has plenty of brand endorsements. A private investment firm named Mabel Capital, owned by Nadal recently announced the launching of a new restaurant in Madrid.

Nadal’s company launches a new themed restaurant in Madrid
Recently, Rafael Nadal’s company Mabel Capital launched an Italian restaurant in Madrid, named the TOTO restaurant. This restaurant is traditional and based on a famous Italian film, Cinema Paradiso. In that restaurant, they will serve the best traditional creative Italian dishes, along with some fine beverages. Also, they will play live music daily.
Subsequently, Nadal’s company had another restaurant in Madrid named Tatel. The restaurant has many branches apart from Madrid; Ibiza and Beverly Hills are the other branches.

Nadal’s company, Mabel Capital, also focuses on investing in many other areas, like hospitality, private equity, and real estate. Mabel Hospitality mainly manages restaurants from all over the world. Interestingly, Mabel Hospitality has partnered with the famous soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo and former Los Angeles Lakers player Pau Gasol.
Rafael Nadal is eying for his 4th title at Indian Wells
Previously, Rafael Nadal has won the Indian Wells tournament three times (2007,2009, and 2013) in his career. Apart from that, the Spaniard also reached the semi-finals ten times at the BNP Paribas Open. It’s safe to say his record is pretty incredible in this tournament. Interestingly, Nadal also won two double titles here with Marc Lopez.

This time, the 21-time Grand Slam winner will look for his 4th Indian Wells title and 4th consecutive title in 2022. Currently, he is on a winning streak with a record of 15-0 in all competitions. At the age of 35, Nadal’s start has been quite impressive. If he wins the Indian Wells, he will tie with Novak Djokovic for the most Masters 1000 title win, i.e. 37.
