Bayern has garnered more recognition for Medvedev through their post. It will reach across their global fanbase and the Russian expressed his overwhelming joy on social media. Furthermore, he received an invitation as well!
Fellow tennis star Sabine Lisicki appreciated Medvedev on his title conquest and for receiving a jersey from Bayern. “Let me know if you want to go to watch a game,” the German further added.

Daniil Medvedev achieves a unique record by winning ATP Finals 2020
Medvedev was on fire throughout the tournament. The Russian went unbeaten and extended his winning streak by soaring to victory in London. As the tournament is all set to move to Turin next year, the Russian completed a rare record with his victory.
London has been playing host to the ATP Finals since 2009 and this year’s edition marked the 11th and final year. Furthermore, the 51st edition of the tournament will see the venue move from London to Turin which will mark the dawn of a new era.

Interestingly, the first and the final edition at the London venue has been won by two Russians. Nikolay Davydenko lifted the trophy back in 2009 when he defeated Juan Martín del Potro in straight sets.

And now, Medvedev dropped a set and then fought back in spectacular fashion to win the 50th edition of the tournament and the final one in London. The win capped off a fantastic year for the 24-year-old who now finishes 2020 as World No.4.
