After going from technical interviews to post-match conferences, one of the most amazing interviews that Novak Djokovic was a part of was the one surrounded by kids and surrounding his kids. A couple of kids asked him some great questions and one of the answers that really stood out was about his own kids and how smart they are.

The interviewing kids asked Djokovic if he gave his kids enough candies. To which he candidly answered, “They love sweets obviously. We try to give them a healthier version of sweets. And we try to balance it out. But they are smart. They do hide their sweets so it’s sometimes difficult to find them.”

His truthful answer about how his kids go behind his back to relish a sweet indulgence is great to witness. We are sure the equation he shares with his kids is as cute as his answer. Novak Djokovic was practicing his forehands, backhands, and serves before the Roland Garros tournament on the clay court. During his practice session, he also brought his son along with him who assumed the position of the ball kid in the court. At the time he also fed the world number one balls to practice as well.

After the practice was done, Djokovic also called his son to meet everyone else and high-fived him as well. It showed how happy he was to have his son share a moment with him amidst the place where he felt truly belonged and had spent years playing the sport he loved.
