Ramsey said- “Well, first of all, pressure’s healthy. Bring that pressure on and learn to dance in the storm. Everyone sh*ts themselves when. Oh God its going to be a mess. It’s going to be so much pressure. It’s going to be, you know, an environment that I’m not be, used to– no. Learn to dance in the storm because it f*ucking passes and I am old enough and wise enough to have seen many storms come and many people shit themselves around. You think, Oh my God, I can’t believe we fucked up. This is going to be horrendous.”

Gordon Ramsey further added-“The press are going to get hold it. It blows over. So stand strong in the storm and enjoy that moment. And don’t be scared of silence. A lot of chefs worry about that moment when customers are silent and there’s nothing happening. Yeah, they’re devouring they’re enjoying it. And so I pushed them into that pressurized zone because it’s healthy, pressure’s healthy provide you can sustain it.
