Meanwhile, Monfils’ wife Svitolina is active on social media and often shares glimpses of her daily routine on platforms such as Instagram. Hours ago, she took to her official Instagram handle and shared a picture of Monfils practicing via a story. In that picture, she captured her daughter watching her father play tennis for the first time.

Further, in the caption, Svitolina wrote, “First practice,” along with a smiling emoji. In the subsequent story, she shared adorable glimpses of her daughter’s first fitness session.

Meanwhile, Monfils has been very vocal about his daughter’s future. Although the family is very much invested in tennis, he has a different wish for his daughter, Skai.

What does Monfils want from his daughter?

During a recent interview, the 37-year-old tennis star opened up about what he expects from his daughter in the future. Talking about this, Monfils said, “She’ll do what she wants. Deep inside, I hope she picks up something besides a tennis racquet. Golf, soccer. Basketball. I wish she can try another sport, to be honest.”

Meanwhile, Monfils hasn’t played a match since the Laver Cup last month and has seen his form dip. He’ll look to quickly get into the groove in order to finish this season on a high.
