It was a tension-free outing for Greek tennis star Stefanos Tsitsipas at the Australian Open quarter-finals as he eased past Jiri Lehecka in straight sets to book a spot in the semis. Although the match got over in straight sets, Lehecka was a tricky opponent and Tsitsipas ticked all the required boxes to clinch an easy victory.

Greek star Stefanos Tsitsipas reveals long-time Margot Robbie wish at Australian Open
As is the norm post a win at Rod Laver Arena, it was American tennis legend Jim Courier’s time to talk to the 24-year-old youngster. Most players do tend to feel comfortable with Courier as the conversation ranges from family to tennis to Hollywood sometimes as well. The same happened with Tsitsipas moments ago as he candidly revealed a wish.
While talking about the beauty of Australia and how close he feels to his home in Melbourne, the Greek star mentioned one of the reasons he loves the land down under is Margot Robbie.
“I like a lot of Aussie things you know. One of my favorite actresses comes from Australia, Margot Robbie. I wish I can..”, there was an interruption at this juncture from Jim Courier as he wanted to know more details.

To Courier’s question of whether Tsitsipas is pitching an offer to Robbie, the Greek replied, “It would be nice to see her over there in one day.”
Tsitsipas was pointing at the guest box where different celebrities attend matches at Rod Laver Arena. Stefanos’ wish is to see Margot possibly watching one of his encounters one day.
