In the Instagram reel, the coach shared, ” The best player in the world is the number one. And It’s Novak Djokovic. If Alcaraz is number one tomorrow, we can say it is Alcaraz. I think Carlos Alcaraz is an incredible player and no doubt he will be number one for years. But at the moment all I can say is Novak is the best.”

Mouratoglou’s comments may seem harsh, but they highlight the reality of the tennis world. Alcaraz is undoubtedly an exceptional talent with a bright future ahead of him. I think Carlos is more impressive than Novak in terms of tennis he plays. He has so much power, he is explosive physically. He also has a touch.”

Mouratoglou concluded by adding, “But don’t forget, Novak will be greatest of all time. And he is already extremely close to that. He is guy who finds solutions to win.
