Connors, a living legend himself, knows a thing or two about the challenges of staying competitive as the years go by. In his podcast Connors said “I look at that also, and I don’t ever want to count a guy like Djokovic out, right, you know, because of what it means to him, what he’s continuing to look to do, you know, so you always gotta, you know, keep that in your mind, even though he’s playing against guys that are, you know, 12, 14 years younger,” Connors stated emphatically during the podcast as if urging all tennis fans to share his unwavering faith in Djokovic’s abilities.

As everyone admires Djokovic’s amazing skills on the tennis court, not many realize that his off-court discipline is a key factor in his ongoing success. Behind Djokovic’s on-court wizardry lies a strict dedication to a well-balanced diet and a carefully crafted fitness routine.
