Despite Complicated Relationship With Estranged Daughter, 55-Year-Old Boris Becker Beams With Pride After Her Surreal Effort in a Reality Show

The controversial German tennis player Boris Becker has been in the news, again, during the past several days but with a totally different perspective. His prison sentence and his own difficult personal decisions had already touched the target. Putting everything else aside, the 55-year-old tennis veteran publicly expressed his love for his estranged daughter Anna Ermakova while beaming with joy over the fact that she advanced to the final of a German reality television show.

On the other hand, her mother regularly questions and ridicules the former world number one in public. But that didn’t stop him from expressing his affection for his estranged daughter and praising her for her efforts.

The six-time Grand Slam champion is sincerely following the German reality dance show ‘Let’s Dance’ for his daughter. In that show, a lot of celebrities are professional dancers and compete against each other.

And when the 23-year-old reached the semi-finals, her father took to Instagram to wish his daughter luck ahead of the very important semi-finals. He wrote, “Wishing you only the very best for the semifinals tonight!” 

Meanwhile, she won the semi-finals and moved on to the last round of the reality show, that is the final. And while Ermakova is getting ready for the last showdown, her father shared his proud moment and shared the sweetest message for his estranged daughter. Becker shared a post from the reality show’s official page that displayed her daughter and his dance partner. “Could not be prouder. My daughter is going to the final show,” he wrote.

But that’s not it; only a few days prior, the former tennis player showed his love and affection to his daughter after seeing her amazing dance performances on the same reality show.

The former player, who has also taught Novak Djokovic, recently praised his daughter’s incredible dance skills on his Instagram account. He praised and commented on his daughter’s outstanding performance as he uploaded a video of her dancing. He exclaimed, “Absolutely Stunning!!!” when describing his daughter.

Ermakova is the illegitimate child of the six-time Grand Slam champion. Not only that, but he was the most inactive father during his early childhood years.
