Novak Djokovic, the current World no.1, found himself tangled in an argument with the regulatory body of the Australian Open earlier this year. The Serb’s decision to stay unvaccinated not only made him miss almost the entire hard-court season but also acted as a platform for people to point fingers at him.

When asked how to handle social media abuse. The 20 times Grand Slam champion had rather simple answers. As he said, “It’s up to individual to use and control the time you spend online. It comes down do that.”

Currently, the Serb is taking part in the French Open. Further, Djokovic’s fans are holding high hopes from him as he is the defending champion of this year’s event. Also, he recently reclaimed his lost form by having a semifinal run in Madrid and clinching the title at the Italian Open. Novak will soon play for a position in the last 16 of the French Open.

Who is Djokovic’s next opponent?
Djokovic will lock horns with the Slovenian tennis professional Aljaz Bedene in the third round of the French Open. The 32-year-old has not left his mark on any of the clay-based tournaments this season. However, Bedene has reached the third round of the Roland Garros, and can pose a threat to Djokovic.

Though the Serbian legend has faced Bedene three times earlier and has a lead of 3-0 in head-to-head records. Therefore, if we go by the records, the upcoming match should be a cakewalk for World No.1.
