Rafael Nadal’s Academy in his hometown of Mallorca, the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar, has been welcoming quite a few luminaries since its inception. One of the most recent guests there was Leonid Stanislavskyi, the 97-year-old tennis player from Ukraine, who has the Guinness World Record for being the oldest tennis player in the world, as recognized by the ITF.

The Academy’s page recently posted a message of support to Stanislavskyi, given the current geopolitical situation. Amidst rising tension, the statement hoped that they will be able to host Leonid once again, very soon.
