Over the past couple of decades, tennis has been ruled by three superstars-Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic. They have immensely contributed to the sports and has certainly increased its value to a greater extent. Consequently, the fans have been treated to some great tennis over this long period. To have three players belonging to the same era, and share over 60 Grand Slam titles amongst them is simply unbelievable. Notably,

Federer is the first player to win 20 Grand Slams, and Nadal is the first to win 21 Grand Slams.

Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic do not appear

At the moment, the focus of the sport is the Miami Open. Interestingly, Norwegian player Casper Ruud did include himself in an amazing stat. He registered serves better than the big three. Casper has been serving brilliantly and this has earned him this great position. However, with two of the big three out of competition, owing to injuries and health concerns and Djokovic not present at Miami Open. It certainly opened new venues for the upcoming generation to show cause their talents.

Casper Ruud is looking good this week 

On the other hand, Ruud is playing brilliantly and with his win yesterday, he has booked a spot in the semifinal of the Miami Open. He defeated Olympic Gold medalist Alexander Zverev in an intense three-set match.

Interestingly, he will be up against Argentina’s Francisco Cerundolo in the next match. If all goes well, he will be competing in the final for the title. There could be obstacles ahead as he could face players such as Medvedev or Alcaraz.
